Technical Program Manager, Business Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage complex, cross-functional Business Engineering programs across a broad product portfolio.
  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on program management across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while managing change control.
  • Evaluate development projects based on their strategic value and measurable business impact.
  • Align project requirements and scope with core Engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Inspire and motivate a collaborative group of stakeholders and engineers to achieve ambitious goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience communicating with software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience.
  • Experience with large-scale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing Technical Program Management Experience for Marketing, Ads, or other Monetization strategies.
