Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud engineering, data center, hardware, and business stakeholders to define program requirements.
  • Drive successful outcomes by managing cross-functional dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, including technical analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Track key metrics and performance indicators to ensure effective execution of program deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software and hardware development for large scale data center readiness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale system integration.
  • Experience with software and hardware development for large-scale data center bring-up.
