Technical Program Manager, Core Infrastructure

This role is remote, based in the US, and involves collaboration across engineering, hardware, data center, research, and product teams.

Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define program requirements and establish scope.
  • Develop communication strategies to share program status and risks.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate on the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, including technical analysis and implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering, or program management.
  • Experience with large-scale data center readiness and product development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale system integration.
