This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$140,000/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Display Silicon Integration execution for one or more programs, accountable for the entire lifecycle from post-tapeout silicon delivery through production ramp.
- Drive complex silicon-to-display integration, coordinating Meta silicon design, display module engineering, Display systems engineering, and external suppliers.
- Lead failure analysis and corrective action cycles across foundry, display supplier, and internal teams.
- Coordinate wafer scale-up across foundries, managing wafer flow and capacity commitments.
- Partner with adjacent TPMs to maintain integration across all programs.
- Communicate integration risks and timeline slippage to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of TPM experience in semiconductor execution.
- Experience with multi-foundry programs and silicon-to-display module integration.
- Direct experience in failure analysis and corrective action.
- Experience managing wafer scale-up processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
- Experience in AR/VR or other power-constrained silicon contexts.
