This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$108,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate packaging engineering, design, and validation from product discovery through launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial design, engineering, and operations.
  • Drive execution of schedules and manage day-to-day activities of the program.
  • Present program updates to leadership, highlighting risks and recommended mitigations.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices for the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers for packaging builds, involving 10% international and domestic travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on program management experience.
  • Proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
  • BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS in mechanical, packaging, or structural engineering.
