This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans.
- Coordinate closely with recruiting team members for talent pooling and market mapping.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their hiring needs.
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity.
- Drive offer process including negotiations and closing candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech corporate environment.
- Previous experience working at Meta.
