This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, managing end-to-end recruitment for complex searches.
- Partner with recruiting team members for talent research and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate meetings and projects to improve recruiting operations.
- Build relationships with management and cross-functional partners.
- Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
- Identify and implement process improvements for recruiting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in managing complex searches and aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with advanced search techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for Meta or other top-tier tech companies.
- Experience with global recruiting and immigration processes.
- Familiarity with recruiting automation tools.
