Compensation:

$164,000/year to $227,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics.
  • Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using various methods.
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling ways.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews or focus groups.
  • Interest in executing hands-on, primary research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degrees in a human behavior-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Sociology.
  • Experience with consumer products or product development.
