Responsibilities:
- Engage with decision makers to drive usage of Microsoft AI solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring satisfaction and value realization.
- Develop strategies to increase usage and consumption of AI products.
- Identify and resolve blockers to successful implementation.
- Capture insights from customer engagements to inform product evolution.
- Scale best practices across the organization.
- Provide training and enablement to field roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience in AI development and Copilot Studio.
- Fluent English in enterprise environments.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI solutions.
