This role is based in Canada with remote work options available.
Compensation:
CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise-level support focused on SQL Server performance, optimization, high availability, and migrations across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Design and architect data platform solutions, including high availability and disaster recovery.
- Work with Azure data services such as Azure SQL DB, Managed Instance, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse.
- Apply Power BI expertise including solution design, tabular modeling, and report optimization.
- Create and modify dataflows, data pipelines, and analytic notebooks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.
Tech stack:
SQL Server, Azure SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse.
