Architecte de solutions Cloud - Endpoints /Cloud Solution Architect - Endpoint

This position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in-office).

Compensation:

CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor using Microsoft 365 and Endpoint solutions.
• Provide insights and feedback to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
• Engage with decision makers to promote the adoption of Microsoft solutions.
• Resolve issues blocking customer success projects and lead technical discussions.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and engage in community knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and technical project execution.
• Technical certifications in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
