Associate Program Manager

This role is based in Sweden, with multiple locations available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead datacenter interconnection development with utilities and third-party energy suppliers.
• Analyze energy industry trends and regulations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on site selection and energy project development.
• Track datacenter metrics and support process improvements.
• Work with external vendors on regional energy market research.
• Support internal business cases with financial models and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields, with experience in the energy industry or project management.
• Understanding of the European power industry and deregulated power markets.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing utility tariffs and power contracts.
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language.
