Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Track customer incidents and engage with strategic customers to resolve complex issues.
- Serve as a connecting point between product teams and customers throughout the engagement life cycle.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and provide proactive guidance on Azure configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience in technology or cloud support.
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Hands-on experience with Azure technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and monitoring tools.
