Compensation:
CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Leadership & Quality Delivery
- Field Escalations & Service Quality
- Reporting & Insights
- Rhythm of Business (ROB) & Communications
- Continuous Improvement & Enablement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people or stakeholder management experience.
