Responsibilities:
- Engage in technical customer interactions to drive application innovation and AI transformation.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Support customer skilling and ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate customer success.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud technologies are preferred.
