Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technical customer interactions to drive application innovation and AI transformation.
  • Lead technical architecture discussions and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
  • Support customer skilling and ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate customer success.
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in cloud technologies are preferred.
