Responsibilities:
Deliver mission-critical support offerings, collaborate across solution architecture, customer success, and engineering teams. Lead proactive resiliency efforts, coordinate incident resolution, and enhance monitoring capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP systems.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and basic English.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Azure IaaS or PaaS background preferred.
