Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value through AI transformation.
- Lead architectural design and engage with decision makers to ensure customer success with Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Intune.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Share expertise and contribute to IP creation to accelerate customer AI transformation.
- Maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting/architecture.
- Ability to convey business value and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of foundational AI and change management in enterprise environments.
