Compensation:
CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical delivery excellence by partnering with Secured CSU leaders and CSA teams.
- Lead key customer engagements to set delivery quality standards.
- Manage program operations and oversee lifecycle governance for Success Program engagements.
- Monitor vendor CSA utilization and ensure delivery health.
- Mentor CSAs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- Technical expertise across Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure and Security solutions.
- Proven project management capabilities and experience leading distributed teams.
