This role is based in France with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging Microsoft Teams and Employee Experience Solutions. Engage with decision-makers to promote Microsoft solutions and manage operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and configuration management
• Experience in customer-facing roles and customer success initiatives

Travel:

25-50% travel required.
