This role is based in Germany, with a flexible work arrangement of 3 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers’ business and IT priorities for AI & Infrastructure.
  • Drive customer feedback into engineering and support solution delivery.
  • Facilitate customer skilling through workshops and technical discussions.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate cloud consumption.
  • Engage in external technical community events to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with experience in cloud technologies.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise-level cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
