USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor community conversations across platforms like Reddit and Discord.
  • Translate community insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategies.
  • Engage directly with fans and maintain a community presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse community insights into campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of community management or social media experience.
  • Experience with social listening tools and analyzing community conversations.
