Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and engage with top customers and partners.
  • Monitor community feedback and provide technical answers.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Define long-term vision based on community needs.
  • Coach product managers on customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in program management or related areas.

Preferred: Experience with Azure, Windows 365, and customer engagement.
