Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will connect product strategy with customer needs, manage Customer Advisory Boards, and leverage AI for customer insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and operate Customer Advisory Boards across Frontline and SMB.
  • Manage relationships with strategic customers throughout the adoption lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI to create customer insight workflows.
  • Activate the solution integrator partner channel and evolve partner incentive programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in program management or product development.
  • Proven record of working with enterprise customers to deliver measurable success.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
