This role is based in Warsaw, Poland with remote work options available.
Responsibilities:
• Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams.
• Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge.
• Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to contribute to product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in technical support, consulting, or IT service support.
- Experience in Network Security Engineering or Systems Administration focusing on security concepts.
- Customer-facing experience and enterprise cloud experience with major cloud providers.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Linux, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and managing Microsoft Defender stack.
- Background in security engineering, system/network engineering, or DevOps/SRE.
Language Qualification: Fluent in English.
