Responsibilities:

  • Manage service incidents and escalate issues to meet service delivery objectives.
  • Follow safety policies and participate in root cause analysis of incidents.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure expectations are met.
  • Proactively review schedules and manage customer solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Qualification or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in IT support or related technology.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures.
  • Technical degree or relevant certifications.
