This role is based in Noord-Holland, Netherlands, with responsibilities including:
Responsibilities:
- Apply diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to identify issues.
- Decommission hardware following standard procedures.
- Delegate installation and replacement tasks to technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Train and mentor technicians through on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Preferred: Associate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a production, mission-critical data center environment.
This position is a full-time role, requiring on-site work with less than 25% travel.
