Data Center Technician

This role is based in Singapore, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to issue tracking and seeks guidance for timely resolution of issues.
• Participates in daily safety briefings and complies with safety procedures.
• Completes assigned tickets efficiently while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintains a strong client focus and contributes to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Completed High/Secondary School, GED, or equivalent experience with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 1+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+).
