Responsibilities:

  • Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in data center operations.
  • Lead and develop Microsoft employees across datacenters.
  • Manage IT and Critical Environment support, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Participate in incident management and lead resolution efforts.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget development and operational spending.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with management teams on improvement programs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in mission-critical service management.
  • Extensive experience leading diverse teams of 50+ employees.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Experience managing managers or senior leaders.
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale projects and critical environment infrastructures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
  • Applicable certifications in IT and leadership.
