Overview:

As a Datacenter Program Manager New Product Integration, you will drive end-to-end integration readiness across the datacenter metro, collaborating with engineering, deployment, operations, and partner teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the integration of new hardware and complex systems into mission-critical datacenter environments.
  • Define integration strategies and readiness criteria aligned with deployment expectations.
  • Partner with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during new integrations.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical and program documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Qualification or equivalent AND 3+ years experience in IT equipment support or related technology.
  • Proven understanding of datacenter networking and server infrastructure.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent integration efforts.
