Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead hiring plans for complex organizations and talent pools.
• Partner with executives and HR to identify talent needs and gaps.
• Develop external talent maps and sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate assessment and screening processes.
• Ensure high-level candidates' needs are met throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing executive-level talent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools and applicant tracking systems.
