In this key role as Global L&D Program Manager, you will take on multiple responsibilities and make a tangible impact on our hyperscale global cloud business. Leveraging your expertise with a proven track record in program management within large-scale multinational organizations, you will lead program planning and development, foster collaboration with stakeholders and employees, analyze program success through metrics, review content, and oversee program execution for our Cloud Operations teams. You will design customized learning solutions, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with both internal and external partners. You bring a hands-on approach, actively contributing to the execution of business initiatives and driving successful implementation. You excel at designing learning approaches and upskilling that resonates with our Cloud Operations + Innovation learners. Additionally, you possess the confidence and communication skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identify emerging learning trends, and leverage coaching expertise to maximize impact. Experience in fast-moving global industries, including commercial environments, technology, professional services, or management consulting, is a plus.
Responsibilities- Drive global L&D initiatives, overseeing program strategy, execution, change management, consulting and facilitation.
- Drive program execution and curriculum development tailored to cloud operational needs.
- Design and implement programs that develop talent, enhance capabilities, and support organizational growth across global cloud operations.
- Identify organizational learning needs, secure resources, engage senior stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact. Leverage data-driven insights to assess trends, identify skill gaps, benchmark performance, and inform learning strategies. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to understand and advocate for an always learning culture.
