Lease Delivery Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main representative from the lease team to manage risk with lessor leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Construction, Engineering, and Operations.
• Monitor program data related to risk, schedule, and KPIs.
• Coordinate meetings with datacenter lessors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience working on data center projects.
