Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of senior Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) focused on Azure IaaS/PaaS in the Public Sector.
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring delivery excellence and resolving blockers.
- Align team efforts with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI strategy.
- Champion customer success by building trusted relationships and influencing product improvements.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting/support.
- Proven people management experience.
- Experience working with Public Sector organizations.
