Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve large-scale data architectures for Copilot memory and personalization.
  • Build and operate high-quality data pipelines for signal ingestion and memory generation.
  • Expose datasets and APIs for downstream product and ML consumers.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams to translate product intent into data systems.
  • Act as a technical leader for memory and personalization data systems.
  • Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred: 12+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 15+ years of experience.
  • Experience with machine learning or large language model applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
