MTS, Sr. Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Design frameworks to ensure AI systems are safe and reliable, focusing on platform features and operational stability.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Research, Engineering, Data, and Product teams to enhance model performance.
• Build systems to assess and improve model responses.
• Manage project planning and execution processes.
• Design scalable processes and frameworks supporting evolving priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading AI-focused products.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and model evaluation.
