This role is based in the United Kingdom, with a focus on designing human-first AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and illuminate business opportunities across varied customers and industries.
  • Initiate, design, and execute research and data collection to drive insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholders in design-led ideation and product specification.
  • Produce high-quality product and experience designs aligned with responsible AI principles.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Data Scientists, Program Managers, and Engineers to drive human-first outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in a relevant field with industry experience in product or service design.
  • Experience working on AI/ML products or systems.
  • Proficient with design tools like Figma and iterative product design processes.

Work Environment:

3 days a week in-office with less than 25% travel required.
