Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead mission critical execution for Government and Sovereign Cloud customers.
- Own end-to-end support response and incident execution.
- Partner with product teams to convert support learnings into improvements.
- Build and develop high-performing teams in high-pressure environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident response.
- Implement AI-first operations to enhance execution quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in technology or customer experience engineering.
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
