Principal Data Scientist

This position is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to drive data-informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to define features and support revenue growth through analytics.
• Build forecasting solutions and analyze large-scale data for insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track business health.
• Conduct business modeling to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for incremental impact.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's in a relevant field with extensive data science experience.
• Experience in statistical modeling, business analytics, and data-driven strategy.
• Strong communication skills to translate analyses into business recommendations.
