Principal Design System Architect

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

What you'll do:

• Architect AI-native design systems and define core design system architecture.
• Bridge design and systems thinking by collaborating with engineering and product management.
• Prototype and build utilities that accelerate the design process.
• Set long-term design system direction and influence architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience.
