The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, grow and lead a team of engineers.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Dev Tooling and Engineering System.
  • Drive adoption and impact of common dev tooling and practices.
  • Partner with other teams to drive strategic decisions and execution excellence.
  • Provide oversight for technical architecture and decisions.
  • Foster a culture that drives innovation and engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.

Linux on Azure, GraphQL, Postgres, CosmosDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Java, Ruby on Rails, Docker, Mesos, Kubernetes, Grafana, React.js, Redux, Relay.
