This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a focus on leading engineering teams across North America and Europe.

Compensation:

USD $165,600.00 - $296,400.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a globally distributed engineering organization across real-time systems, large-scale data platforms, and machine learning.
  • Drive modernization of the protection stack onto Kubernetes and .NET.
  • Define technical direction for protecting a billion devices in real time.
  • Build and operate large-scale, low-latency cloud services.
  • Grow and develop engineering talent within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in coding languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • 8+ years of people management experience.
  • Domain background in security and experience with AI/ML-driven systems.
