Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to drive server quality across various phases.
- Collaborate with leaders to enhance hardware quality.
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics for improvements.
- Identify process inefficiencies to boost overall quality.
- Establish performance metrics to enhance product quality.
- Ensure quality requirements in hardware change management.
- Mentor and develop team members.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in relevant engineering fields with significant technical experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
- Preferred: Leadership skills and extensive experience with modern server architectures.
