Principal Hardware Technical Program Manager - Quantum

This position is based in Germany, with a requirement for in-office work three days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of quantum hardware projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with leadership and engineering teams to maintain development roadmaps.
• Ensure effective collaboration across multiple disciplines for scalable solutions.
• Use customer feedback to improve hardware and processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks in technology and operations.
• Manage external partnerships and enforce quality standards.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field.
• Experience managing large-scale hardware technology projects.
• Deep knowledge of hardware product development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
