Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of quantum hardware projects, ensuring successful collaboration with architects, scientists, and engineers.
  • Coordinate with leadership to maintain development roadmaps and manage resources.
  • Use customer feedback to improve hardware and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in technology and operations.
  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 6+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements.

Tech stack:

Experience in quantum systems, cryoelectronics, and Agile methodologies.
