This role is based in Redmond, WA with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy for AI Integrity Foundations across various capabilities.
  • Define vision and roadmap for integrity capabilities within Azure AI Foundry.
  • Improve abuse monitoring and detection systems for AI threats.
  • Own incident response product capabilities for AI-related safety and security incidents.
  • Collaborate with security engineers and AI researchers to enhance product protections.
  • Drive product development from experimentation to production launch.
  • Establish metrics for AI integrity posture and product success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/program management.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
  • Experience in taking products to market and improving product metrics.
  • Background in safety-critical or security-critical systems.
