Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive platform investments across the GitHub / Azure DevOps / 1ES ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to reduce developer friction and improve outcomes.
  • Define problem statements, product bets, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and AI platform teams.
  • Ensure AI workflows are designed end-to-end with clear ownership.
  • Use data and developer feedback to evaluate impact and improve investments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development.
  • 10+ years of product management experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI assisted developer workflows and DevOps systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
