Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution for increasing experimentation velocity, reduce time-to-insight, and accelerate efficiency realization.
- Define and track efficiency metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance the experimentation platform.
- Drive alignment across teams to support experimentation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and evidence-based innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
- Proven success in launching AI or cloud services products.
- Technical fluency in model performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
