Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and execution for increasing experimentation velocity, reduce time-to-insight, and accelerate efficiency realization.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance the experimentation platform.
  • Drive alignment across teams to support experimentation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and evidence-based innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
  • Proven success in launching AI or cloud services products.
  • Technical fluency in model performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
