This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.
Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Translate leadership priorities into execution plans and success metrics.
- Establish and run operating cadence including planning cycles and reviews.
- Drive alignment on goals and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
- Create concise artifacts to support leadership decision making.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud services.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs.
