This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end product strategy for one or more services.
  • Collaborate with engineering via specifications and RFCs.
  • Be hands-on by being the first and best user of the product.
  • Create and present executive-ready pitches and demos.
  • Define and implement business metrics and success criteria.
  • Manage cross-organizational planning and business reviews.
  • Drive alignment with partner product teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
  • Preferred: 12+ years of experience and experience with databases and data modeling.
