Principal Security Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team that operates and improves production tenant security.
• Own end-to-end security risk program mechanics with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Drive platform and operational improvements to reduce misconfigurations.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to strengthen isolation boundaries.
• Build and run incident readiness mechanisms to improve response effectiveness.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in relevant field and 3+ years experience in related areas, or Master's with 4+ years, or Bachelor's with 6+ years.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
